Winter Storm Juno

Property Damage Investigations

From January 26th and continuing until January 28th , Winter Storm Juno brought blizzard conditions to parts of Eastern Massachusetts, and delivered up to 30 inches of snow to some locations. The National Weather Service reported 14 hours of blizzard conditions in Marshfield, Massachusetts on January 27th, 2015. Many residential properties along the Eastern Coast of Massachusetts were left damaged from the storm’s power.
Following Winter Storm Juno, Halliwell Engineering Associates’ Structural Engineers and Forensic Architects traveled to storm ravaged Eastern Massachusetts to conduct site investigations in the towns of Marshfield, Scituate, Duxbury, Sandwich, and White Horse Beach. The purpose of Halliwell’s investigations was to provide our clients with an engineering opinion as to the cause and origin of the claimed damage to the subject residences.
