Construction Phase

  1. Explain to the Construction Team the Requirements of the Building Performance Plan (Design Intent, Criteria).
  2. Inspect the Work for Adherence to the Performance Plan.

Start-Up / Acceptance Phase

  1. Provide Independent Inspection, Verification, and Validation of Building Performance.
  2. Implementation of the BOMR Program (Building Operations, Maintenance Requirements).
  3. Recommendations for Final Acceptance.

Ownership Transfer Phase

  1. Condominium Association Review of the BOMR Program, Verification of Building Performance.
  2. BOMR Plans for Individual Condominiums
